The Service provides free, web-based developer utilities for formatting, validating, and debugging JSON data. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind.

You agree not to:
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to overload, degrade, or disrupt the Service infrastructure.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit security vulnerabilities, or inject malicious code into the platform.

4. Intellectual Property & User Content
- User Data: You retain full ownership and rights to any data you input into the validator. We claim no intellectual property rights over user-entered text or code snippets.
- Platform Assets: All UI design, logos, custom source code, documentation, and written guides on JSONLints are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided without express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. While we strive to maintain accurate validation aligned with standard JSON specifications (RFC 8259), you are solely responsible for verifying data before using it in production systems.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall JSONLints, its owners, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including data corruption, service interruptions, or software bugs.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website following changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
